Κολοκυθοκεφτέδες Αρκαδίας

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin
  • Flour
  • Fennel
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Egg

Description

Step 1:

Grate the zucchini flesh on the grater and squeeze it well to remove all liquid. Sprinkle a little flour and chopped onion, garlic and fennel.

Step 2:

Then add one or two beaten eggs and salt as needed. Mix them all together.

Step 3:

Finally mold them into small balls, flour them and fry them in plenty of oil. The zucchini is then ready to serve.
